“When cops arrived at the scene they found Kara Vandereyk “naked and on the ground,” engaging in an unspecified sexual act with the dog.

According to the arrest report, Vandereyk was naked when they arrived on scene and continued touching the dog in a sexual way.

Officers said the woman appeared to be on drugs and informed them she was bipolar.”
